Brief Description

We seek talented CRNAs to join us in an independent practice setting in a local hospital in
Northern Iowa.

As a CRNA you'll work in a fully autonomous practice with a positive, collaborative culture. With 1 in 6 OR call (No OB call)

with minimal callback, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

We prefer candidates with regional block skills and independent practice experience.

Position type:

Full-time CRNA

Your Responsibilities

The caseload includes:

General, Ortho, ENT, GI, Ophthalmology, Healthy Pediatrics ENT Cases with emphasis on Ortho and Bariatrics.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with strong independent practice experience

  • All CRNAs must meet state licensure requirements.

  • CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.

  • Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.

  • Must have solid decision-making ability.

Compensation:    

  • $320k W2 option

  • $355k 1099 option

  • $20k recruitment retention incentive 

  • Includes base plus projected after-hours
